Our system designed by targeting two kind of visitor. a) User who apply any openings through out system, b) Admin who provide/publish any job and conduct recuitment process.

User Part:

  • User can registration
  • Can update their CV at any time
  • User will get current opening list to apply
  • They will get job details
  • They will get applied job list
  • They can share job through social media
  • They can send job information to other by email
  • While applying job they get tracking number

Admin Part:

  • Can publish any job
  • Can send notification to all user about published job
  • Can sort applied CV
  • Can put recommendation for any candidate by application number
  • Can create short list for further process
  • Can search through applied job by certain criteria
  • Can fix appointment for written test, viva and send notification to email
  • Can input marks/point for written test and system will calcualte automatically about result with predefined settings
  • Can publish result through this system
  • Can download all the CV for further filing
